How would a person react if he sees a 14 years old boy in a shopping complex with some shopping bags full of new clothes and toys etc and paying all the bills from credit card? What would be the feelings in his mind, “Is this our new generation”? Would it be called as freedom or there is a fault of his parents that they have given a credit card to their 14 years kid.

There are many people who request credit but they don’t get even a single penny but also there are some who get credit unwillingly and one of the major example is a credit card, or in other words plastic money of generation next. There are 2 major problems which credit card holders usually face that are debt and bad credit history. There are a higher percentage of people who are in debts because request credit from their credit card.

Is there anyone who knows from where it gets started? These sorts of problems start at younger age because in that age it is too hard to control the spending. A person or a kid who didn’t get the proper spending knowledge or the knowledge about saving and making money usually get trapped in these problems because people with lesser knowledge get credit cards at their younger age and start spending money wherever they like and purchase whatever they want and then slowly they get trapped and get their bad credit histories and found themselves in the debts.
